November Meal Plan and Grocery Lists

Hey everybody! Hope you all enjoyed last month's meal plan. If you followed October's meal plan you will notice that there are some carryover meals on November's meal plan from last month and here is why. Sometimes we have activities or extended family meals that come up last minute and when that happens I take the meal I had planned and just move it to another day or if I can pop some of the ingredients in the freezer (most often the meat) and then I can use it in the beginning of the next month's meal plan. So if you're looking for some more variety from last month's meal plan feel free to substitute those carry over meals with some of your favorites.

One thing you will also notice that is different this month is I have 2 days a week planned for leftovers. One key thing to consider when you are planning to have leftover nights is to make sure that the meals right before the leftover day are larger meals. Often times for us that will be spaghetti or a roast. Nothing is worse than coming to a leftover night with no leftovers! So again, if you aren't into leftovers or only want to do one leftover meal a night feel free to substitute some of your favorites.
